We filed my AOS and the rest on 27 of August, still no NOA or anything. When should I start worry? I am in Florida.

12 July 2007 Interview in Vancouver, RFE

17 July 2007 Visa in hand

18 July 2007 Arrived in the US

07 Aug 07 Married

29 Aug 07 Applied for AOS

20 Oct 07 Biometrics scheduled

They've processed through the 15th of August as of this past Friday, so my guess is that they're past the worst of the backlog.

The Chiagco lockbox received my AOS and EAD applications on July 27th but still no NOA.

If I am reading the link that is posted above correctly all NOA receipts were sent out. Should I call and see what happened to mine?

I did receive my biometrics letter which I had yesterday Sept. 13th.

It can take up to ninety days for the actual paperwork to arrive at your doorstep... :wacko:

You could try calling...But if you have your bio letter you're on the right track, I wouldn't worry.

I'm still waiting .. nothing received to date and checks not cashed (USCIS rec 08/01/07) ... I called USCIS today and they told me I would have to wait frigging 90 days before they do an inquiry ... :angry:

Met in Cleveland 07/07/05 ... Fireworks!!!

Make an Infopass appointment. The phone line doesn't know anything and if it gets to 90 days you'd be better off resubmitting! I am so sorry you're having to deal with this headache. Vote 'em off the island.

Thanks ... will be making the appointment for tomorrow .. one good thing though .. EI approved me today .. gonna get a nice little deposit to my bank account in the next few days :)

That's great about the EI! I am still waiting for their decision.

As for the AOS filing, keep us posted! I haven't heard anything about mine...We will be fine eventually!!! :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:
