I recently got my Cenomar, It shows my past marriage, but never indicated "annulled"......IS THIS NORMAL?

K2 ROC Time line
08/31/11 - package sent to CSC
09/02/11 - package delivered(Labor day weekend)
09/07/11 - check cashed
09/21/11 - requested NOA replacement
09/29/11 - received replacement of NOA(no NOA date)
02/03/12 - email received card production ordered!!!
02/09/12 - GC received

N-400 Time line
09/05/12 - package sent to Phoenix AZ
09/07/12 - package received
09/10/12 - NOA sent
09/11/12 - check cashed, email and text received
09/13/12 - biometrics sent
09/14/12 - received NOA(took 4 days to received!!!)
09/15/12 - biometrics letter received
09/26/12 - finger print done
09/28/12 - placed in line for an interview schedule
11/21/12 - interview scheduled
11/28/12 - received interview letter
12/26/12 - INTERVIEW DAY at 2pm
12/31/12 - scheduled for oath ceremony
01/17/13 - OATH CEREMONY

I-30 Petition for Father

6/23/16 - sent application

6/29/16 - NOA1

8/03/16 - NOA2

9/19/16 - NVC approved notice thru email

9/25/16 - AOS fee paid online

Timeline

i asked that question too from the NSO employee where i got my cenomar before my 2nd marriage. he said its the way cenomars are printed and i should present the nso annotated mc with annulment remarks to correct the cenomar. he added that all the marriages that i have will reflect on the cenomar.

10/31/07 approved K3 and my I-130 except for my daughter

11/05/07 received NOA2 in the mail

12/01/07 received mail from NVC/yey we got our case number

12/20/07 went to St. Lukes and had my early medical exam

01/30/08 schedule for medical

02/07/08 interview, approved!

02/12/08 visa pick-up/cfo

02/14/08 POE-LAX

06/19/08 AOS mailed thru USPS

06/22/08 AOS delivered to Chicago IL

06/28/08 check cashed

06/30/08 received NOA1 dated 06/25/08

07/26/08 biometrics appointment

09/09/08 received EAD card in the mail

12/03/08 received interview letter for Jan 21 2009

01/21/09 approved for conditional permanent residence

02/02/09 permanent residence card arrived in the mail

10/21/10 submit form to remove conditions

01/21/11 10 year gc received

03/05/12 mailed my N-400

03/06/12 received email that they have my N-400

04/05/12 biometrics

did you let them correct it? or we can just submit it to the Consul with NSO annotated MC?

Help....I am annulled too...what i have is Annotated Marriage Certificate and the Decision from the Regional Trial Court...now i do not know where to get the Decree of Nullity of Marriage, Certification of Finality and Certificate of REgistration? Please share how will i be able to get these forms so i could prepare for my interview..thanks so much...God bless!!!

May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

where dd u got the certificate of registration? is that certificate of registration of marriage? and for the other forms annullment decree and certificate of finality? where did u got it from? your attorney?

Cert. of Finality, u can get this from court where ur annulment was granted.. or better ask ur atty. to give u a copy... :yes::star::thumbs:

the CENOMAR should be accompanied by the annotated MC when you present it to the US embassy for interview :)
