Hello all...my wife and I are in the AOS process for my wife. She is crrently here on a K-1 fiancee visa. We got married in August which is within the 90 days...before 10/10. We are in the process of filing our AOs,EAD and advance parole and had a few questions...

1) The supp vaccination form...Does she need all the vaccines listed on the form? We already did a med for the K-1 process and am not sure which ones she need...

2) We already got a SS card but when we went to get a California I.D> they said that the time left on the I94 which was about 45 days was not sufficient...When we apply for the AOS, do we get an updated I94 or soemthing to take to the DMV to get a I.D.?

3) Is an I-130 required?

thanks...

AOS -K2 Based for 8 year old daughter...wife already has green card in hand and daughter was brought over via join to follow - K1.

11/04/08 - I485 sent

11/10/08 - NOA rcd

11/26/08 - Biometrics

For age 18 - 64 need MMR TD and varicella (measles mumps rubella, tetanus and diptheria, chicken pox.)

Also alot of places are now doing the TB skin test. Most of us immigrants only did the chest xray overseas.

You will need to wait for either the EAD or greencard to get a drivers license.

I 130 & I129F (K3) and AOS info in timeline

1.) You need to see a civil surgeon for the vaccines just bring her vaccination record sheet.

2.) If her I-94 was nearing expiration you have to wait untill her EAD or Greencard will be approved before getting a state id or drivers license.

3.) If she came in on K-1 visa you dont need to file I-130

You will have to wait to to get the EAD until she can get her ID or license in CA.

The ID will expire on the same day as the EAD.
