for god sake a true help please

Hello every body ...

actually im lving in a world of hell as a rsult of what happened with me and till now im lost on everything going on !! for now i still have a hope to end this misory and to meet with my wife forever ...

the story started in June 2005 when i met my current wife ( American Citizen ) via internet and we loved each other and we agreed to get marry and thats what happened in 17/08/2005 then we need to file an alien petition to be together forever !!!

we went to an attorney to help us with that stuff because we had no experience , and he found out that my wife needed her final divorce decree to apply ! she been divorced since 2003 but she didn't try to get the last decision of her divorce so she applied to get that decree and that needed about 10 months to receive that decree wanted

she got that decree in aughust 2006 and the attorney told me that there is an illigal step as my wife signed her divorce decree in 07/08/2006 and that means she had 2 husbands at the same time and that was illigal ,therefore the attorney told me that we need to fix that problem quickly and my wife needed to come to my country again .

the step was to divorce her immidiately and to re-marry again and then we can start !!

thats what happened in 22/8/2006 and we started at 01/09/2006

in 12/12/2006 we received the approval notice for I129 & I130 both at the same day and our file transferd to the National visa center at Jan 2007 .

then made me an interview at 22/10/2007 then they changed the date to 10/04/2007

i went to the interview and i took all evidences with me ( E-mails - chat conversations - Webcam pictures )

and the Ecards and the gifts between each other and some money transfir invoices from her to me

i forgotten the real pictures before i go to the embassy and i just found out that in the interview

in the interview the consular officer asked me a lot of information about my wife and i answered its all and then she asked me to write a paper of all information i know about my wife's personal matters

i gave her all evidences but she didn't has a look on them and she told me that she decided to return the file back again to USA because i didn't convince her of my relationship with my wife and the file will be under reviewing by immigration offices .

the file needed until Aughust 2007 to be recieved from USCIS and while that they didn't accept to let us know anything about the case and all what they told us that the embassy in Jordan didn't send the file back yet !!

my wife called aruond everyday and they told her that she can make an interview online and they will answer all questions she has

thats what happened in 22/08/2007

and the lady in the USCIS was tough with my wife and she told her that the case is totally mixed up ! and she didn't believe in our relationship either , the reason was i didn't give the right date of our wedding

i need to tell you all that here in my country we make the wedding cotnract in a day and we make the wedding party in another day thats why she thought i told the wrong day

for now its about 5 months and till now nothing appeared yet !!

we feeling the real hell and we suffering a lot

please for god sake help me

what is the best choice we can do for now !!

how long it will take to finish their reviewing , what i need to do now ???

i have asked an attorney here and he told me that it will take a year for maximum and the lady told me wife it will take from 6-8 months

for now im lost and my wife as well

we don't know what to do

my wife came to me 3 times and we have more evidences like

phone bills , new e-mails , real picture about 50 picture for her 3 visits , money transfirred invoices (always from her side ) .

im waiting any one to help me and just god knows how much we're suffering

Unfortunately, they take these cases on their individual merits. Nobody can tell you how long it will take. If there is something that can be done to help, your attorney will advise you about it. It seems he's advised you well so far but you were not adequately prepared for the interview.
