I agree with the last post, you entered with a valid visa. You are fine!! Don't worry about anything. When dating although it does lead to marriage it does not mean that you necessarily mean to marry when you got your F1.

You entered legally, got inspected by an immigration officer. So you are fine. consult an immigration lawyer, but don't leave don't apply for a K1 visa. Just do a AOS.

But again it's just my suggestion. Good luck on everything.

When the immigration officer asked me to write my email address for him, he acted like he got hit on me. He said I am so pretty, why don't I have anyone. He said he just want that for himself and he will keep in touch with me. So I think the whole thing is funny, but still get annoyed by that.

My point exactly. If the officer at the POE "hit" on her, thats very, very out of line. But I just felt it odd that she was annoyed that he didn't EMail her. Either way, best of luck with her immigration battles ahead :)

Thats not the problem. She entered on a valid visa but never said once she was going to visit/stay/travel with her boyfriend. Therefore, she did lie various times.

"...My hair's mostly wind,

My eyes filled with grit

My skin's white then brown

My lips chapped and split

I've lain on the prairie and heard grasses sigh

I've stared at the vast open bowl of the sky

I've seen all the castles and faces in clouds

My home is the prairie and for that I am proud…

If You're not from the Prairie, you can't know my soul

You don't know our blizzards; you've not fought our cold

You can't know my mind, nor ever my heart

Unless deep within you there's somehow a part…

A part of these things that I've said that I know,

The wind, sky and earth, the storms and the snow.

Best say that you have - and then we'll be one,

For we will have shared that same blazing sun." - David Bouchard

Don't misunderstand me. I felt annoy because I afraid that he just pretend that he like me to get information and might check my contact information behind my back. If he really like me and email me, at lease I can know for sure that he did really want that address personally, not for the immigration thing. And if he email me, I will just say that I am interested in him.
