I travelled twice to my home country (France)using my AP.

I had no problems whatsoever, the second time took a little longer (was thru Dallas) they had to take my paper work to another office - So I lost 10/15 minutes....... but they stamped it (I think) and I was ready to go...............

Good luck and have a nice trip !

my husband traveled once on his advance parole. it was kinda funny when he was leaving and the airline attendent was looking for his i-94 in his passport and it wasnt there becasue they took it at his aos interview so she asked whats going on. we told them what happened and she was totally confused and u should have saw her face when we said oh dont worry he has advance parole. she thought he was some kind of convict or something until she read it over. but as for coming back into the usa with it...there was no problem.

No problem here either traveling back to Québec, Canada!

I received my advance parole document(2 copies) July 28th and we were off to my brother's wedding(which was the first trip date we mention in the application) the following Thursday for the wedding and reception that was Saturday. We came back home Tuesday of the following week, and crossed the border early in the morning. (in car)

I gave my EAD and AP as my identification and the officer asked me if I had a passport. I said no that I usually used my driver's license and birth certificate, but he said he didn't need to see them. He asked us how long we stayed and that was pretty much it, questions wise. He told me to go inside, that they would stamp my AP. Sure thing, after no more than 10 minutes of waiting, an officer called me and gave me my document stamped and a little receipt paper stamped as well that he told me to bring with the AP next trip.

That's all... no problem, at all!

Cheer,

Reed
