i would like to thank you all for helping me on our journey but i would like to add more question base on the fiance(e) letter of intent. Nina+Mat have already show me the actual intent letter for both fiance(e) and im very much thankful. however, i notice that i have to include the address of the embassy which is more likely more than one. basically, my fiancee live in nagoya japan and she has inform me that there is more than one u.s embassy there. right now im a little confuse on which address to put it on the fiance(e) letter of intent. everybody please help me on this before i submit all documents... can any one of you guide me through???

I don't believe it is requiref to put the embassy's full address on the letter of intent.

It is not required. Your letter of intent goes to USCIS anyway.

There is only one US Embassy in Japan or any country. There may be more than one Consulate. Not to worry. Your petition will be routed to the correct Consulate.
