Just off the phone with a pleasant lady at NVC.

She informed that my DS-230 needs correcting.

sent march 30th , So I shoud get it soon , I HOPE.

when I asked it was a RFE was told no

"JUST USE WHITEOUT and correct mistake"

well I felt like joking if they know the mistake

they could fix it and save us all time, money and "aggro"

ah well it sounds like a easy fix, just a unwanted delay.

I guess it might be the section on USA VISITS

Wrote that there are SO many after living in Toronto for 30 years.

I would attach seperate sheet.

anyhow sounds simple if "whiteout" fixes it !!

will give a update

I realize you think you got info from a reliable source, so I'll encourage you to research this.

It's been well-documented that use of whiteout can cause more problems than it can cure.

Lawyer typically cross out the information (so that it can still be read) and write in the correction above/below.

My policy: Don't Use WhiteOut.

YMMV
