Is NVC asking for the DS-230 in this letter? Because I already sent the payment of $380, but checking my records today. I noticed that I did not write Department of State, I wrote on the USPS Money Order Payable to NATIONAL VISA CENTER. I guess that is the reason that I got this letter recently. What do you think?

MISSING DOCUMENT LIST FOR: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

______OF-230-I__________________________________________________________

The NVC has received the requested Affidavit of Support (I-864). However, we are still waiting for the Immigrant Visa fee(s). Please submit the fee(s) according to the instructions on the IV fee bill sent to you from NVC. If you have not received and IV fee bill, please contact NVC.

If I have to send the DS-230, What other information do I have to send with it. How about Police records, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate.

Please help me!!!!!!!!!

This is incorrect. It depends on the embassy. According to the DOS link http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3176.html, the embassy in Managua requires the choice of agent to send all that documentation to the NVC along with the DS-230, not at the time of inteview.
