Hi All!

I'm an often reader of this forum, and this time I come for some advice.
Im a LPR removing my conditions. I've been divorced for 8 months now.
I already filled the i751 with the waiver and I have my extension letter.
In 2025 I exited the US for a trip in early November and returning for just a week in December for the holidays.
I continued my trip
Then I re-enter the US in 2026 February for a week, but this time the cbp officer talk me so rude, implying that I was not living in the US.
I understand the logic but is not true.
I finished my trip and I'm about to re enter the US.
I have stamps of all the places I visited from November in my passport.
I presented my 2025 taxes.
I started a new job in march (I have the contract to prove it)
I never stop paying my car insurance and a personal loan.
Movement in my credit card to back this up.

Any recommendations?
I'm thinking of carrying copies of all of these with me just in case.
I'm kinda scary of NTA or that they ask me to sign my greencard away.
Is there a chance that they not allow me to re enter and kick me out?

Thanks!

Also!
Is it the same to re enter through a blue or red state?

Thanks!!

Same....Has nothing to do with states.......Looks like you have been in the US for 2 weeks since November 2025.   Your travel pattern looks suspicious to CBP, and you have possibly been flagged to be watched.  Personally, I would bring the evidence.  If they ask you to sign an I-407, just decline.  The worst they can do is to refer you to an immigration judge.  They cannot deny your entry unless a judge has revoked your status.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
