That's a bit confusing - how did you apply in 2024 for someone not even born until 2025? Is this a typo?

They don't rush to approve I-130's when there is no visa available anyway - most people want them to take as long as possible and would be upset if they were approved quickly. 

 

But as above, I think there's a typo in the DOB. Unless that's the I-130 approval date? 

 

If you can clarify what the 6th Sept 2025 date is, we can try and help. 

 

Is the beneficiary from Colombia too? Any dual nationality or is that his/her only citizenship?
