can't find any online so anyone actually have one and can you feel any of the stamps or seals same as a raised notary seal pressed into the paper anywhere any page?

not the 'certified true copy' for 15$ but the 50$ 'exemplified' copy

And actually same question for your State Apostille from Sacramento if you have one of those, mine is all flat stamps in red ink and wet signature but Manila is nuts.

Thanks!

I see you are not getting answers.  Maybe that's because "exemplified" copies of marriage certificates or divorce decrees are not required in the spouse visa process.  What is required is a "Certified Copy" issued by the agency that controls the original.  What is the reason for your question?

thanks so much for reply. online posts telling their story say many real certified true copies are being rejected by filipino pre interview document checkers in Manila USEM and we can confirm it is true from own experience Jan 2026. either untrained or making their own error or carelessness I don't know but there should be a system in place to check and know with certainty which states or courts use what type of seals, stamps, wet signatures etc so that authenticate documents that cost time and money don't get rejected and basically you're told to your face 'you are lying, this is not a certified true copy"  sorry to vent but it really effects lives in so many ways when this happens and and official workers are rejecting if it doesn't have what they 'think' should be there but in fact they are not correct and don't have the knowledge or tools they need to make the correct decision.
we hope to help others with this incorrect rejection that continues to happen because going back with the same papers and 'hoping' you get a screener with a different opinion or knowledge base is same as gambling so we hope to find how to avoid that. thanks for thoughts or actual ways to solve this.

Ok, but  you have your answer now.  If you provide more details and complete your timeline, you'll get better help with other questions.  My further advice is to get your information here or from state.gov, not from other groups or websites.  Most Filipino groups are dominated by failed, bitter, useless applicants who failed to get their visas.  They are not helpful.
