Hi had a quick couple of questions for those people who have gone through the  process of having an online wedding via Zoom with Utah county Philippines to United states for a report of marriage to the Consulate in San Francisco

What documents did you send ?

Did you send the documents over for precheck to the email prior to mailing them over?

What service/mailing company did you use if you were overseas.

We are both in the Philippines and want to see if we could check to make sure our documents are in order prior to mailing them.

Thank you

I made a step by step video of the process we went thru, at the time which was Mar/Apr 2024 and thru the Utah County Court directly, not a Marriage agency, Some things might of changed but for the most part its accurate.

Some people when It comes to Notarizing the ROM Form mail it, I was in the Philippines at the time because as you know we have to be physically present in person after the Zoom wedding to be able to file the Visa application, so we both went to a Notary in person so didn't need to mail it between each other for the signatures.

It took about 4-5 months to be able to request a PSA copy of the ROM/AOM after receiving the documents back.

Hope this Helps..
