N-600K Processing Gap: How do professionals get interviews in under 3 months?

Hi everyone, I’m a new member here...

 

I’ve noticed a significant and consistent disparity in wait times. On one hand, many "DIY" applicants report massive delays—sometimes waiting 12 to 24 months just for an interview date.

On the other hand, I’ve seen cases handled by professional agencies where the interview is somehow scheduled within just 8 to 12 weeks from filing.

 

I am trying to understand the professional tactics used to bridge this 10-month gap.

Specifically:

Direct Outreach to Field Offices: Is there any actual value in attempting to contact a field office directly via email to move a case along or inquire about scheduling? If so, how can one find the direct email addresses for specific offices? I am looking for contact channels for the Newark (NJ), Mount Laurel (NJ), or Philadelphia (PA) field offices.

 

If anyone has experience with these "high-speed" filings or knows how professionals navigate these specific offices so effectively, I would greatly appreciate your insights!

Were you able to find out any helpful tips?  We applied for N600K when the processing time at Pittsburgh said 2.5 months, now it's up to 7 months.  Really discouraging, if there's a way to reach out and move it along I'd love to know how.
