regarding processing times

In looking at processing times for the different service centers, it's showing 118 days for the CSC center, for example. Is this 118 days from the date that you filed, or is this 118 days from the approval date listed on the NOA 1? Also, looking at processing times for 129-F listed by the USCIS, it looks like they are still processing claims from mid-January!? What is the meaning of that?

Yeah I had a question about that too. Also, follow me on this one. If you go to immigration timelines, K1 visas, and change it to 3 months. Why does it say average time between NOA1 and NOA2 is 80 days? If you scroll down to the service centers all of them are 90-110 days? Which one is accurate?

Pedsgirl: You can ignore the USCIS processing times. Currently petitions that were filed March through April are seeing approvals.

As to VJ procesing times being from the filing date or NOA1 issue date, it depends on where in VJ you are looking. I have seen it quoted both ways. Usually if you look carefully you can see which starting point is being used.

I agree the USCIS processing times are not updated.

As for the VJ processing times, the 118 days for the CSC are from the date you filed. We filed 120 days ago, if you check the link to my timeline you'll see it says 120 days.
