Ready status for 30+days

I have been interviewd and approved during my interview and told to receive my visa with in a maximum of two weeks however, i haven't received it after dobuled of the required time, and when i check the status of my visa under CEAC it says ready and it has 9 last updated changes so far, but no change to the status of my case, i was thinking that i renewed my passport after submitting my ds-260 and the passport number, issuance date and the expiry date that i submitted on the ds-260 is different form my current renewed passport and is that the reason or what, thank you in advance

No, that won’t be the reason. Sounds like you’re just in Admin Processing (background checks), perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. 

What kind of visa?
