Need help to reschedule Visa Interview appointment - Due to Medical Issue - Pakistan

Hi all,

 

I need some help. My parents had their medical exam for their green card, and the doctor said my mom needs a sputum test, which takes a while. They told us to reschedule the visa interview that’s in January 2026, but I’m not sure how to do it.

 

I don’t have a link or instructions to change the appointment. Does anyone know the steps to reschedule? do i need to sign up account under US travel doc

 

Any help would mean a lot.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Since the interview has already been scheduled, contact (email) the consulate to inform them and to ask about rescheduling.
