My fiancée was denied K-1 due to drug abuse. She is eligible to go back next month for another medical examination and to complete the interview using the same K-1 application. The consulate could not give me any information when I emailed them. I’m wondering if anyone knows what paperwork should actually be updated and what is fine to take from the first packet.

A gentleman on here told me his lawyer said to update the DS-160 and letters of intent with the dates now. I don’t understand how to update the DS-160 considering there’s no way to make another appointment using the first K-1 application process.

Anything regarding a second medical examination/interview attempt helps here- I have little to no information.

As the petitioner, you should provide an updated I134.  I am not sure if the DS160 needs to be updated, or if it can be, but she can ask at the interview.

Good Luck!
