I-130 Beneficiary’s (Father’s) Physical Address

I am currently filing my Fathers I-130 application. My father is a Mexican born Citizen, he came to the US undocumented and still currently resides in the US. 
 

When filling out the Beneficiary’s Physical Address, should I put his Mexico address or his US address? 
 

Also, I should note he was deported back to Mexico in 2009, then came back to the US undocumented. Any advice would be helpful.

I would put in his current address, are you in the Military? What is the plan?

I am not in the military. And I do not plan on joining the military. My plan is to adjust my dad’s status and get his green card to stay in the US legally.

What status would he be adjusting from?

Not going to happen if he entered illegally.....twice.  He was never inspected....and he could be in serious trouble for illegal  re-entry.   I think this is a bad idea.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Where he currently lives......Honestly, maybe he needs to consider self-deporting else he could be on their radar after you submit an I-130 or I-485.   The I-485 will be denied since he was never inspected.  I think the I-130 is useless in this situation as he, likely, cannot attain a Green Card for a long time (if he leaves the US, he will get a 10 year ban).

He needs to apply via consular processing. As above, he should leave the US asap, it’s likely to be much easier if he’s not deported.

He needs to apply via consular processing, and he’ll need a waiver too. As above, he should leave the US asap, it’s likely to be much easier if he’s not deported. 

and he will likely have a 10 year ban, if he has been in the US for a year or more.

May also be 9c so would also need a I 212

Seems that immigration to the US is not in his future for at least a decade.  He has made some very harmful mistakes.  Personally, I would NOT submit an I-130.

@Mira2, Do NOT submit the I-130.  You need an attorney.
