Our paperwork has made it to the Visa Center in Manila Thank God.  We still need the interview and Medical. do we schedule the Medical our selfs and where do we schedule it at? Cebu or Manila and how.

You will have to wait until you get the interview appointment letter with the date of the interview before you can schedule the medical and biometrics. Once you have this, go to the St Lukes website and create an account, same with scheduling the biometrics.
