After 2 inquiries to NVC with all details I finally got answer!!!!

"Thank you for contacting us about your applicant's interest in a visa. We have changed the visa symbol from F2B to F2A per your dispute. We cannot guarantee that the applicant will qualify for the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) benefits. At the interview, the Consular Officer may find that the applicant is ineligible for a visa. That's a step in the right direction, but just be prepared to argue your case at the interview - would be worth taking proof of you being put in F2B showing that you couldn't pursue the visa just in case you need it.

Which consulate?

OK, so an interview middle of next year probably, just keep an eye on your online account and make sure it's not switched back to F2B at any point.

Good luck.
