So my wife’s case was at the NVC in feb 2025 and they asked for additional docs, i submitted them after which look like they accepted the doc and i got a message saying we were DQ. now this was march 2025.

so we are waiting for the Interview date, the other day I decide to login to the NVC just to see if there’s anything to see and what I saw confused me.

i see the original message saying that the case has been DQ as of march however they are indicating they need the same additional document they previously asked for; the same doc they asked for previously, that I uploaded they reviewed and accepted and DQd the case.

I got no email indicating the NVC wanted me to submit additional documents and again she’s DQ according to the message in the NVC system.
So my question is what’s going on?

1 has anyone had a this kind of an experience?

2 how did they deal with it?

3 what was the outcome.

appreciate any insight and experience anyone can share

I will do my best to provide clearer context.

Timeline

- Feb 27th 2025 NVC requests a civil document #1, document submitted 1-2 days later.

- March 10th 2025 receive message stating "All required applicant documents have been received and approved - Documentarily Qualified"

- March 10th receive an email indicating the same, we are DQ and the case is being sent to the embassy to schedule the interview.

- Logged into the NVC site July 6th 2025 and there are no new messages on the site however in the APPLICATION INFORMATION section the CIVIL DOCUMENTS section is marked "Incomplete", when I navigate to the CIVIL DOCUMENTS section is indicates that the civil documents #1 is being requested AGAIN, it was almost like it was never the NVC never got it.

At this time I have submitted the civil document #1 again, no updates since, no new messages and it still shows the case was DQ as of the original March date.

I know a lot of people have a variety of issues with this site, everything from logging on or submitting\uploading docs, so this is just another glitch and we are still good and our case is still DQ as of the March date originally reported.

It was 18 months when we first applied so am definitely glad to see the interview wait time decrease.

My issue is we got the DQ message in March and now when I logged into the NVC site again I got an indicator under the CIVIL DOCUMENTS section that docs were incomplete.  The NVC system message system does not have a message that I need to submit a civil document again and the last message from them shows the case is DQ.

So I have submitted the same doc they say is missing again and am now waiting.  It still says we are DQ and all the other docs civil\financial are marked ACCEPTED.
