Information about beneficiary in their native written language - What kind of document to upload?

I am filling out the I-130 through the online USCIS application form, on page shown below they request the beneficiary's name and address in their native language.

It will be in Chinese as they are in Taiwan, however, what kind of document will be permissible? I plan on getting certified translation for whatever document I use.

 

Do I need a government document? A letter that came in the mail? Or something else entirely.

We have a government household registration document that shows address and names of all who reside at said address.

This requirement is more simple.  All you need to do is write their address in their native written language on a Word document, turn it into a PDF, and upload it. You can provide the address in English on the same document if you want, but this item does not require a certified translation.
