Regarding RFE

I recently received an RFE (Request for Evidence) from USCIS for my Form I-485. The issue is specifically with Form I-864 (Affidavit of Support) from the petitioning sponsor.

 

The RFE mentions the following deficiencies:

 

• I need to submit a completed and signed Form I-864 with a handwritten signature (not typed or stamped).
• The petitioning sponsor’s Social Security Number is missing on the form.
• The household size calculation on Form I-864 is incomplete or incorrect.
• A complete copy of the most recent Federal income tax return, including W-2s, 1099s, Form 2555, or other relevant documents, must be submitted.

 

 

I would appreciate any guidance or tips on how to fix and re-submit these correctly. Has anyone dealt with this before?

You address the issues listed one by one .. fully and completely. 
 

Read and reread the instructions again as they tell you what to do. Read literally .. just what it says.
