The date you legally became husband and wife.

The present employer, wherever the present employer is presently (now) located.

If you can't write your wife's name in her native alphabet, then somebody who can will need to write it. Or, if her native alphabet can be input to a word processing document, then it can be printed on sticky label then cut and pasted in the appropriate spots on any forms.

Thanks a LOT...for your help....But still I think it is silly the # 20 question  ..but not as silly as newest form of I-130, where you get 4 pages with 3 carbon papers in between, and are expected to fill out all 4 pages legibbly & clearly....can anyone press the pen down so hard as for the writing to appear clear & legible on down to 4th. page?:no:...They-USCIS, are saying on the form that they are doing EVERYTHING to make it easier for us to fill out these forms,...but I think it`s just the opposite that`s truth.

The G325a is available online. In fact a link to a saveable version was posted in one of the forums today.

Here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=73268

The online version allows you to type the information in one time and the other three pages self fill.

Question 20 may seem silly to you but it is quite important. Your fiance's name in Roman Characters is a transliteration. It mahy only be completely correct when written in its original alphabet. With Chinese, for example, my wife informs me that there are four separate characters that transliterate the same as her family name. They are not all the same.
