Hey guys and gals, so a friend of mine is being petitioned by his now wife and she i say about 6 years ago filed a petition for someone and does not have any paperwork and only remembers the year and thinks it was jan or feb. my question is what can be done in this case should they estimate a date or leave that date blank

She can probably file a FOIA to get all records USCIS has on prior I-130.

What sort of someone

 

Did they receive an immigration benefit
