All...I received the following from the NVC inquiry: "The National Visa Center (NVC) has received your petition from U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services.  Your NVC case number is XXXXXXX.  Due to your petition type, you will not receive a request for fee payment or document submission." Does this mean I do not do anything with CEAC? Do I now have to wait for them to send my petition to the embassy? I tried logging into the CEAC and it asked for an invoice number. I am so confusion.

You do not log into CEAC as a K-1 applicant. You will not receive an invoice number. You can check your case status here to see when it is sent to the embassy and marked as "Ready":

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

When it is sent to the embassy, you will receive an email from NVC with a letter attached called the K1-FTP. Hang onto that as the beneficiary may need it for medical exam scheduling, etc.

You do not do anything at NVC stage but Casa is pretty fast now to schedule K1 interviews so prepare by getting the documents from USC to Moroccan ASAP

List of needed documents on following site

It says I 134 for the income but USC also needs to send copy of photo ID showing US address to prove US residency

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/family-immigration/nonimmigrant-visa-for-a-fiance-k-1.html#6

  • Completed Form DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application. You (and any eligible children applying for K-2 visas) must: (1) complete Form DS-160 and (2) print the DS-160 confirmation page to bring to your interview.
  • A passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the U.S. (unless country-specific agreements provide exemptions).
  • Birth certificate.
  • Divorce or death certificate(s) of any previous spouse(s) for both you and the U.S. citizen sponsor
  • Police certificates from your present country of residence and all countries where you have lived for six months or more since age 16 (Police certificates are also required for accompanying children age 16 or older)  for moroccan there are 2 -don't worry about the 90 day experiation
  • Medical examination (vaccinations are optional, see below)
  • Evidence of financial support (Form I-134, Affidavit of Support, plus W2 and any 1099's)
  • Two (2) 2x2 photographs. See the required photo format explained in Photograph Requirements
  • Evidence of relationship with your U.S. citizen fiancé(e)
  • Payment of fees, as explained below
