NVC rejected i864ez

Hello. My i864ez has been rejected by the NVC. I completely qualify for this form.  I make well over the minimum income required, I'm the petitioner (no cosponsors), and my spouse is the only person immigrating. All supporting documents have been accepted. Is this common? Do some embassies (Manila)not accept the i864ez? Should I inquire with NVC? Or just submit the i864. Thank you

If they did not tell you why, I would ask the NVC via the public inquiry form

All it says is that I do not qualify for this form.

What type of visa is the beneficiary going to be applying for? i.e.: What kind of case is this?

This is for my spouse, ir1 Visa

Well you obviously filed the I-130 so you meet that requirement. Is your spouse the only immigrant listed? And are you qualifying only using your income? No Assets?

Yes my spouse is the only immigrant listed. I'm qualifying just on my income, which much higher than the minimum required for many many years.

So strange.... Their language states that you don't qualify for the form so based on that they are (incorrectly I believe based on your answers) saying that you are ineligible to use the EZ form. Personally, I would just file the I-864 and not waste the time to fight them.

I submitted an inquiry asking why it was rejected, but I'm going to fill out and send the i864 tomorrow anyway. Thank you for your help.

Not self employed. Have had the same job for the past 10 years
