My wife and I have decided to look into submitting a K-3 to possibly expedite our I-130. Now we know it's a long shot but why not try?

My questions are basically:

1. Just confirming this is physical package I have to submit, right? No online way of doing it?

2. Am I ONLY going to submit the 129F or do I have to include my online completed 130 as well?

3. If I'm sending it standalone, I don't have to include payment since I already paid online, correct?

4. Is it just the 129F I'm submitting or all previously submitted evidence as well?

Thanks in advance for your help!!

Arguably, K-3 forms that almost never get approved take USCIS time they could spend on other petitions they approve, like I-130.

Good luck!

You have it right as to 1 to 3.  4. Yes, submit the evidence.
