Our friends just passed the 60 day mark over the weekend and they put in the service request Monday morning....

Good luck to them as well. I believe it is extremely rare to wait more than 120 days after an interview for a decision. If it gets to that point, it may be worth considering a writ of mandamus. With that said, I saw several cases on the sub reddit that were approved 90 and 100 days after their interview. I am not going to worry until we hit that 100 day mark.

Yeah I think if it hits the 90 day mark their plan is to engage our senators and if nothing comes of that, then they will pursue a WoM so that they can show they have tried all avenues to get the thing moving

Be Patient, be patient, be patient.

In case I forgot to mention it, be patient. Unfortunately, the hardest part about all this is the wait times.

Also, sometimes cases can be vastly different than others. For example, most people who filed at the same time as us got their work permits within about 40-45 days. Very quick turn around time. However, there are a select few outliers who are still waiting for theirs. If for some reason you become an outlier, stay patient.

We are currently an outlier for post interview wait time. Most people seem to get approval 24 hours after interview. However, we just hit 3 weeks today, and some others here are 60+ days into the wait. Stay patient.

My wife did receive a response to the inquiry.. 2 weeks ago, but my she didn't actually notice the email until today. She said it didn't appear on her phone but did on her computer.
anyways

It doesn't matter much I guess because the response was "we can not provide the information you requested. It is not clear that you are the subject of the requested information or have the legal authority to act on behalf of the applicant or petitioner."
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The email she told me to use was a different email than listed on her application, so idk if that was the reason for the response, but doesn't feel like it should be since the birthdate and a-number was correct. I don't think any of the info in the inquiry was incorrect. She's on the phone with the support line that was in the email right now.

She was in the middle of the chat with support agent on the website and gave all her information and they said give them a moment to collect information and 5 minutes later of no reply, the chat reset back to the start and cleared the chat log.
If just one thing could go right, it would be really nice.
