Hi everyone,

I've edited my list and I'd like for anyone to take a look at it and let me know if you think USCIS would accept my proof of a bona fide marriage (NOTE: we will be divorced at the time I file for removal of conditions).

Pics and cards we received at our wedding - showing it was a real wedding

Boarding Pass - showing we came over here together

A bank statement with both our names on it - showing joint assets

Title of car (only his name) and letter for Social Security Admin - showing we couldn't put me on the title because I didn't have SSN.

E-mails we sent to each other - showing on going relationship

Copy of joint gym membership - showing we did things together

Copy of Movie Gallery membership with both our names - showing the same

A calling card receipt in my name paid with his credit card - showing joint assets

Affidaviats from 2 friends

NOTE: we don't have health insurance, car insurance is in his name & no lease etc. as we live with his family.

November 2006 - Married

December 2006 - DCF Europe

February 2007 - Visa approved (After many problems)

March 2007 - POE Atlanta

July 2007 - USCIS mixes our case with someone else's - Greencard will be sent out later

I think you should add your tax reports, the copy of your resident card and maybe some bills showing the same address since you won't supply lease or mortage, maybe his family can write a letter saying that you live with them etc..

I just received my 2005 and 2006 tax transcripts for our I-751 I will file for my wife in September. I originally mailed the request and after 3+ weeks and not receiving them I called they said they showed no action requested. The lady took my information over the phone and fax them to me while I was on the phone. www.irs.gov

I have a copy of his tax return for 2006. That year he filed as married filing seperately but my name and SSN is on there. Would that still be helpful?

I also have a letter from the Social Security Admin. sent to him at the same address as the one they sent to me. Can I use that?

Other than that all I have is birthday cards sent to me at this address. We don't even have any bills except the car insurance which is in his name.

mmm, I didn't notice that the first time I read the OP's post...

The other thing to notice is that they'll be divorced when filing for removal of conditions.

I don't see a timeline, but it sounds like this might be a very short marriage. If so, this may be more difficult than a routine removal of conditions after almost two years of conditional LPR status. Circumstances of the divorce might be relevant, too (is the USC spouse willing to help with removal of conditions?)

It may call for an attorney's help, or at the least, a very compelling package of evidence that the marriage was not entered into for immigration purposes.

A timeline might help people offer advice.

On the face of it, the evidence list looks reasonable, but if the marriage was very short, I'd recommend seeking experienced help.

Hi guys,

My timeline should be up there now...sorry it took so long to get it up. But yes it has been a short marriage. But the day we got off the plane in ATL was the day I lost my husband. I can't stand who he is over here. At this point we're not divorced nor seperated. But I am planning to leave when I get my things together. I don't want to leave until I "know" I have enough evidence of a bona fide marriage because it really was. I love him to death but I can't stay with him. Do you think e-mails where we dicuss our marriage and our problems have any merith with USCIS?
