Question!

I live in USA with my grandmother because I moved here like 2 years ago. I have a remote job so I visit my spouse in Morocco.

My salary is enough to get my application accepted, but I don't pay rent. And my grandmother lets me not pay rent but I'm return I help her in the house and yard and with her dogs. This way I'm saving up for my spouse to come to USA.

What will I present in this case? I mean she is not directly a sponsor but in a way she is. What can I do? Help

In this context, your grandmother is irrelevant. No need to mention her in any way, assuming your pay from your job is how you are qualifying as sponsor.

Are you a USC or LPR?

1.  USCIS step -apply with I 130 for spouse

2. NVC -pay the 2 fees and submit the I 864 (125% income according to poverty guidelines) and ds 260 (spouse fills this out to apply for a visa)

3.  interview in Morocco with ORIGINALS of all supporting documents submitted to USCIS and NVC
