I’m so intrigued by this, and want to know how it happened.

 

Once you’re approved for asylum, you’ll need to wait for a year to apply for Adjustment of Status, and if you do it too early, they should have rejected your application. They’d reject application when a signature’s missing, or if you file one day too early, so I can’t imagine they’d miss something like that.

 

Also, when an Asylum Green Card is issued, the “resident since” date is turned back exactly one year prior to the approval of the Adjustment of Status, so does your Green Card has a “resident since” date earlier than the approval of your asylum?
