ooh, thanks for the low down on the pub..

ours is on the 4th, so bring on the fish n' chips!!!

On a bummy note, we got a RFE today for a tax transcript for the most recent year.

Yes, we sent it off initially, but will do so again...hmph

still, at least someone is looking, even if they didnt put their glasses on...

good luck with yours and heres to the British pint!!!!!!!

07.24.07 Email notification that package received!!!! (Day 1)

08.08.07 Money Orders Cashed (Day 16)

08.13.08 Biometrics letter rec. Still no NOA1 (Day 21)

08.27.07 RFE for tax transcript (sent already!!)

08.28.07 NOA1 date, received 09.02.07

09.04.07 Biometrics for AOS & EAD (Day 43)

09.18.07 RFE received by USCIS. Processing resumed.(Day 57)

10.04.07 Card Production ordered EAD..Woohoo!!!! (73 Days)

10.15.07 EAD card delivered in post as well as Approval email

10.15.07 Email to say Im on my way to California!

11.29.07 Card production ordered, still waiting for daughters!

12.04.07 received Green card in post!

well darlin..as you know..I got the same blasted RFE. I sent all my tax stuff for the past three years but i guess it wasn't enough!

But I am okay...just going to get everything together and send it all in! All you can do!

Chris said the chips weren't the same but that the fish was pretty good!! We will go again!

Biometrics was a breeze, but best of luck!

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
