About financial documents to upload to NVC

Hello, we are at NVC state (our I-130 has been approved) 

 

i am the us citizen and my husband is overseas going through consular process.

 

my question is: for my financial support documents: Do I need to include w2 and 1099 as well? Along with irs tax returns? How many years?

Yes, at least for the most recent year, 2023.  However, your question indicates you have not yet become an A-Student of the I-864 instructions.  That is going to be critical to your ultimate success.  Download them right next to where you downloaded the form.
