Hello everyone I am confused how to fill out this part 10 of N400 application. It is about fee reduction. But I qualify for fee waiver because my income in less then 150% of FPL. In part 10 do I answer yes or no to first question and what about other questions do i leave them blank or fill them. If I leave them blank won’t it be considered incomplete application? And if i fill them won’t it be considered request for fee reduction?  i am filling separate i-912 fee waiver along with N400. Your help is appreciated.

Your income seems sufficient to pay N400.

Why do you want a waiver? You do know they're going to read your IRS tax transcript, right?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

If you need a waiver and your income is below 400% FPL then it clearly tells you to complete questions 2 - 5b

Thats if you want the reduced fee. To waiver the fee completely you need separate form i-912

i wish you would have got my point bit thank you anyway.

Good point. If you want complete waiver for fees, then only file I-912. Why ask for reduction and waiver if you ultimately want to waive the fee?

It is below 150% of federal level. Of course i know they are going to read the irs transcript which i am going to provide them as an evidence of low income. I don’t know what state of mind you said that.

Exactly that is my point what to do this section of the form then? If I don’t fill it won’t it be considered incomplete application? And if I fill this then it will be considered request for fee reduction which i am not looking for.
