Hi-

I (EU passport) finally received my CoS and submitted my application with priority service. So far so good, appears that no biometric appointment required.

Problem 1:

I filled in my child's (EU passport) application using the group code so our application is connected but priority service not available - what do I do??? Just do standard and hope they will process it as quickly as mine?

Problem 2:

I started filling in my partner's (US passport) application using the group code so the application is connected but it's a different process. Seems to required biometric appointment.

We are in a huge rush as school starts in 3 weeks and I don't think we can get my partner's visa approved on time. I stated in my application that all 3 of us will travel to the UK together.

What do I do? Should I hold off on my partner's application and hope mine and my child's get approved on time? Is there a number I can call for advise? As I am sure all of you can imagine, anxiety is running VERY high... And I haven't even started worrying about our pet, luckily our neighbor can host her for a while.

Thank you!

This does not feel like a US Immigration query but I am not sure.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Visa Journey is a diy site dealing with US immigration.   You might want to google to see if there is something similar for immigrating to the UK.
