Unless the yearbook pictures were taken within the two years previous to your petition they really do nothing for you... I assume when you say "left the country" that was January 2006, right?

YMMV

Another possibility is that the Adjudicator could not find the divorce decree (maybe it got stuck to another page, or perhaps fell out of your file.)

You can call the USCIS service center using the RFE trick (in your case its not a trick) and speak to an adjudicator to find out.

I left the country 1995.. I didn't finished 6th grade back in the Philippines.. I went back 2000 and had a reunion with her.. went back 2004 and another reunion.. in a relationship 2006 I went home as well.. and 2007 went back and proposed to her.. i mean i met her LONG TIME AGO as a child.. so why they need to ask if we have met for the past 2 years when i've given them proof that we were classmates during our elementary years.. that's 6 years in a row.. 1st grade to 6th grade..

kits_24_faith - did you include any specific evidence of the last two years? You sent your petiton on March 19, 2007.

Did you provide specific evidence that you met somewhere between March 20, 2005 and March 19, 2007? The USCIS Adjudicator is trained to ignore any evidence outside of those dates.

You could have a picture of your fiancee and you in the New York Times cover page from March 19, 2005, and that would not be acceptable, as that is outside the 2 year window.

I know.. it was my fault that I have decided to mail it out today. I guess I wanted my NOA2 so bad. Well here are the list of stuff that I sent.

On top ofcourse is the RFE letter (must be on top of the requested documents).

AIRLINE ITINERARIES FOR BOTH 2006 AND 2007

AIRLINE TICKETS 2006 AND 2007

BORDING PASSES 2006 AND 2007

PASSPORT STAMPS OF ENTRY IN THE PHILIPPINES 2006 AND 2007 AND ENTERING BACK TO US 2006 AND 2007

RECEIPT OF ENGAGEMENT RING PURCHASED AND LOAN

That is what I can remember and I pray to God that the officeR will be kind enought to say "ok this is good enought for you...APPROVED."

By the way, I have an important question to ask.. I have a copy of the address where you send the RFEs. I also made a copy of the RFE letter that you put on top of everything else you send. My question is: CAN I SUBMIT ANOTHER RFE BACK TO THEM WITH ADDITIONAL EVIDENCES? WILL THIS BE BAD OR WILL IT HELP? IF IT WOULDN'T HURT AND HELP ME A LOT THEN I CAN SEND SOME MORE TOMORROW. LET ME KNOW GUYS. THANKS.

Don't send additional evidence - it will get lost without the RFE paper.

What you submitted in this RFE should be sufficient, as Passport stamps are good primary evidence.

Just relax, and hope for the best!

I got a text from my fiancé telling me to come online before I go to work this morning. I came on and it sucks because internet connection was real bad, I suddenly disconnected. Luckily, 10 minutes before I go to work I was connected. My fiancé worries me because he tells me bad news about CSC but he was kinda joking. Actually, he called CSC this afternoon and thank God an Angel named Mrs. Le was real nice. My fiancé complained about the RFE letter and he let Mrs. Le check our papers again because as far as we know we don’t sent any papers that are foreign and we sent it all right and gladly Mrs. Le called back and telling my fiancé that she found our papers and telling us the good news that she will tell the head officer that there’s nothing wrong with our papers and she said we are APPROVED!!!!! They will update our status online maybe this week or next week….

We are so happy and we thank God so much that we are now APPROVED!!!!!

hello Chris-Jessel, I never had an RFE before but I remember a few years ago my mom was asked to submit to USCIS a certified copy of her marriage certificate; Here is what we did: we had it translated in English and then we submitted the forein copy along with the English one. I don't know which one of you got married before. Let's say it's your fiance(e) from Phillipines, he or she got to submit both copies. i.e. the philippines and the one translated in English. You should not send the English one only. And also, have it notaried. Very important. But if it's you, the USC got married here in the states, then I don't know what you could do since the certificate will be originally in English.

P.S: Even tough I was talking about marriage certificate, I know yours is a divorce .... Anyway, you got to do exactly the same thing when it comes to submit foreign document to USCIS.

I hope I've been a good help.

Good luck, it's not the end. Do what you have to do, you'll see. you'll forget all the pain when it's all over. That's what keeps me going.

Ism

Thank you for your information....

Thank you to all who post some information about our RFE....we thank you all.....

Chris and I are very happy about the GOOD news that we're APPROVED!!!!thank you Lord!

kits_24_faith don't you worry you will be next....you will get your approval soon...Just provide all the stuff that they need more from you surely it will be ok... we will pray for you guys....
