So I have two minor children ages 5 and 7 coming to me in the Philippines. My ex- (their mother) is bringing them to stay with me for 3+ years. Are they required to have a COVID CARD and/or records of COVID immunizations?

COVID immunizations (or any record thereof) are no longer required for entry to Philippines.
