The beneficiary obtained the police report from the country of residence last December 2023 for the i130 matter in advance. We just got the USCIS approval last week. We are wondering whether we still can use that police report. Is there any validity period for a police report? can we use that report for NVC?

Yes. Police reports are accepted up to two years from issue.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
