Hi Folks,

 

In the process of filling out the AoS for my stepson...in the I-485 form...do I use his mother's Alien Registration Number when filling out the form or should he have his own number?

A K2 arrives in the US as a derivative to their K1 parent's visa. 

 

A K2 will not have an alien number until their own first, individual immigration benefit is approved.

 

N/A is your answer.

So even if he has his K2 VISA...we are still leaving this blank?
