So USCIS no investigation?

Everything is possible. Especially if your spouse / ex spouse writes a letter to USCIS to say you married for GC.

The most investigation you will get at N-400 stage.

USCIS can ask you for proof of being married over 2 years when you entered to issue 10 year GC.

If you are involved in something that violates the laws, you should stop now, abandon the case and leave US.

That is to check my n400 during application. But now I have filed 190 to correct the error which has given me cr 1 instead of ir1(POE after second marriage anniversary).

Can I have any problem in it?

Probably not, but there's always a chance. Are we going in circles?

Did you already get a neceipt notice with case number ? Did wife help you file the I-90 …so does she know about it. ?

Your green card could be safe….but anything in the hands of a heartbroken or heartless Soon To Be Ex is in danger

He has threatened me many times and often blackmailed me. Even though we are husband and wife, there is no such relationship between us. I can neither do nor tolerate anyone. Her mom and dad are also involved in this. They force me not to have contact with my family. I am maintaining my relationship inspite of mental disorder. She is a victim of sijopheniha disease. Which I came to know. Threats will be made by word of mouth.

A bit of translation needed here. ..but I believe you said you already have the I-90 receipt notice. ..right ?

Are you the He or She ?  Is your US Citizen Spouse the Husband or the Wife ?

Also google wants me to assume sijopheniha is schizophrenia….is this correct?
