Good morning, all. I'm sorry for a question that has probably been asked a million times but I can't seem to find a consistent answer so I figured I'd reach out here.

On my wife's DS-3025 form I noticed it shows that the medical examiner administered the Hep B vaccine, and it has a code B that says something like "Not enough time to complete full series" or something like that.

So I looked into it and found out that this vaccine is actually three doses. She has only received the first dose according to her form. Will that be a problem for AoS? Will it trigger an RFE? I will be scheduling her for any remaining doses but was wondering if it would pose a problem to file now.

Thank you in advance for any assistance or advice

One dose of any vaccine is only required to complete DS3025.

It is one's CHOICE to complete the series of a vaccine and has nothing to do with immigration requirements.

You can read through the immigration vaccine requirements on the CDC website.
