I-130 Part 5 Other Information

Hi, I am filling out I-Form for my mom. In part 5, they want to know If I'm submitting separate petitions for other relatives. I do plan to submit petition for my brother in few months maybe 3,4 or 6 months. Not at this time though. 
Do I need to include his name in Part 5 question 6.a?

Yeah, this is what I was thinking too. I think this question is for those who petition multiple family members at same time.

Is there any reason you’re waiting to petition your brother? Given how long he’ll be waiting, if you know you’ll definitely be petitioning for him, I’d be inclined to submit asap to get his space in line. 
 

Is your brother married? If not, your mother can also petition him when she’s got her GC which may knock a decade or more off his wait.
