Online I-130 Form for Parent (Mother)

Hi, 
I'm a naturalized US citizen. I'm planning to apply for my mom soon. I was thinking to apply online. So, my question is, can I apply online using the same USCIS account I had for myself or do I need to make separate USCIS account for her?

I don't see why you cannot use the same online account for petitioning her. Not that I expect logic or consistency in USCIS operations but how else can one use the same personal email and mobile number for 2FA if you had to create multiple accounts?

I read that everyone should have their separate account. 
My wife made my account by using her email when she was paying for my USCIS Immigrant Fee when I was still in Pakistan. 
I used the same account online for my naturalization application online. 

That account has my information so I am not sure if I should use the same account since I am a petitioner now....or different account...

Either is ok.  You just add the case number to the account, once you have it.  That come just after you file.

So, I should file online throught my account and add the case number when I get it?

That option will work.  Making a new account will work too.  Your choice.
