Shon, I see you criticise everyone here. You are also on A/P for the longest time. Will you be on VJ a lifetime? Instead of putting down others here, perhaps take the time out to work on yourself. This is a forum for learning and helping others. If your visa was rolling along nicely he would be with you now.

I hope to learn of good news soon, otherwise I am off to Morocco to marry my love.

Good to hear that you are doing well...Wishing you some good news soon...

Dorothy

or maybe its just the standard 221g for name and security checks? what did they tell him?

Doesn't sound like it:

your petition has been returned to the department of homeland security's Bureau of citizenship and immigration servece for further investigation . please contact the Bureau of citizentship and immigration service office where your petition as filed for addition information.

What do you think? Do you think its cause of a huge influx of cases? Do you think they are on the look out especially from Morocco? What gives? Why are so many petitions being turned down? Do these women have any recourse whatsover? Is it every anything in the beneficiaries past that they just dont tell the woman? Has anyone ever successfully reaffirmed cases from MOrocco. I think most of these women have no idea what they are facing in terms of rates of denial. Is K3 or CR1 ever a viable option after a k1 denial and has anyone of you seen this done?

There is a recourse should anyone get their petition returned to USICS.

221g also does not mean returned petition. in our case we have been on 221g for 2 years and 4 months : reason security checks.

returned petitions can happen to anyone and those filing from any US embassy/ consulate. it does not matter if it is

k-1, or k-3, or cr1.
