cancelled K1 process, effect ESTA?

Hi i have few qustions, now my k1 case is in NVC stage, 

1. can i cancelled K1 form beneficiary side? 
2. if i dont do anything in NVC stage, does k1 will expired automatically ? means denied or cancelled?
3. after cancelled k1, can i still use ESTA entry US next time?can a k1 cancelled case effect my ESTA ?

anyone with same situation?

Well the Petitioner pulls the case.

 

It would not be denied, you would need to attend an interview for that, but yes it will die.

 

No impact on you VWP, not an ESTA question. I suppose it is theoretically possible you might be asked about it at a PoW.
