"Where was the petition filed?" in case of the application being filed online?

Hi,

I'm submitting another petition for another sister (I did file a petition for my brother last month). There is a question "Where was the petition filed?" for prior petition, what should I input? I assume that it should be blank because the previous petition was filed ONLINE.

Another question also under this section that seems confusing to me: "What was the result"? I input "Case was received" because the status is like that.

Looking forward to receiving your kind assistance.

Thanks in advance.

Updated: As with the location, the "State" field drop-down list shows a list of the USA states

It is confusing as it seems to ask for the location of the beneficiary of the previous petition, but in reality, it is the location of the petitioner that should be entered.  So put your own city and state where you lived when you filed the previous petition.

Good Luck!
