Hi Everyone,

My wife is going through a J-1 waiver soon, but once it is completed and waived, what would we need to file (which forms?).

We already have our I-130 approved (adjustment of status originally denied since attorney didn't realize we needed a waiver first).

I am a US Citizen, she originally enter legally, but overstayed since.

Many thanks.

I-485 + required supporting documents, including copy of approval notices for I-130 and J1 waiver.

I strongly recommend submitting I-765 and I-131 as well.  Both are free if filed with or after I-485.
