OK, I just checked the timeline statistics and there are 63 May and 77 June filers waiting at CSC without NOA2. So I have to change my hopes. If we want them to start doing June filers in 3 weeks, they´d have to do at least 30 May approvals this and the next week. And they don´t seem to be doing 30 a week

Let´s go CSC! Let´s do 30 approvals a week! I don´t mind not winning the sweepstake in that case :P:whistle:

There are still so many other petitioners who do not use VJ. Also, every case is different, so it is really up to each person. Some people send their application at the end of May and have NOA2 already while others sent in the beginning of May with NO NOA2. I don't understand why VJ estimate NOA2 time based on filing date. I remember some people mailed their applications and USCIS received them after almost one week. I sent my package and received it next day and got NOA1 within 10days. I think that the date on NOA1 is the time that they really received and finished out date entry, so VJ should estimate time based on the date on NOA1 instead of filing date.

Does the 63 filers for May include the five who got approved on 10/8?

OK, so it does include them, but after I took a closer look only 3 of today´s approvals are CSC filers...the other 2 filed in Nebraska and Texas and I guess were transfered to CSC...so the number 63 includes only people who filed at CSC...so the final number will be larger depending on who was transfered where...so 63 plus the transfered ones

Ok here goes: 63 filed in CSC, 10 filed in Nebraska and 17 in Texas...assuming all of them were transfered to CSC = 90 May filers

Yikes

Bill y Bella said that at the current rate it would take USCIS aprroximately 40 more days

to get through with May filers. If that is true, many of us will be at 180 days plus. Not good!!!

Looks like it :(

I think a good portion probably won't even update their timeline or let us know they got their NOA2 when they do. Just my opinion.

I keep telling myself to stay positive, that my approval will come soon but when I see that there are still 90 (VJ) people waiting for approvals, it makes me feel very stressed and anxious again. I have yet to see anyone go over 169 days on here unless they got an RFE and 140 days seems to be around the approval time. Let's hope that is still true. Hope USCIS kicks it into high gear.
